Our products support everyday cat care at home. They do not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment, nutrition planning, or safety advice from a licensed veterinarian.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. An order confirmation means we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, if pricing or product information contains an error, if fraud checks flag the order, or if we cannot ship to the address provided.

Prices, taxes, and shipping

Prices, discounts, taxes, duties, and shipping charges are shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are estimates only. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, remote locations, customs checks, weather, and other events outside our control.

Returns and refunds are handled according to the policy posted on our store. Hygiene-sensitive items such as used litter, opened filters, opened cleaning products, and used grooming items may not be returnable unless defective.
